cant download itunes 9.2.1

I am trying download itunes 9.2.1 but i alway get to the very end and i hit a message that says it hit problems and that i have to do the download only option. Even after i do the download only option i dont know what to do with the four folders. Help ?

I get this message " Errors occurred while installing the updates. IF the problem persists, choose tools>download only and try installing manually. "

There may be an issue with the iTunes files that are already on the system. Do a search for "removing iTunes" followed by whatever operating system you are running, i.e. Windows XP, Vista, 7 or OS X on the Apple Support page or on Google and follow the steps. Removing iTunes should not affect you iTunes content that you have saved on the computer.
