Can't download macOS HS 10.13.1 beta 1 (public)

Hello guys! Right now I'm running macOS HS 10.13 GM and I want to update to the latest public beta. I installed the profile from apple website, everything went fine but when I check for updates it says "No updates available"...
What I tried:
1)Reinstall the profile
2)Reboot computer
3)Reinstall the whole OS

run the beta access utility again. also the new patch is not in the beta yet.

I suspect it's because of the supplement update for 10.13
