Can't download Mountain Lion

I purchased last night. Download started. I closed my MBP (early 2011). Woke up today and cannot restart the download. It doesn't show in the launchpad. I go into app store and click purchase, I get a prompt saying that I have already paid and to hit OK to start the download for free. Once I do that absolutely nothing happens. I have tried to restart app store, restart the computer, everything. So frustrating. Can anyone help?

Have you tried the troubleshooting suggestions at Apple's site?
Maybe delete any app store plist files.
