After upgrading to High Sierra, I can't download PDF's in Safari, from a certain website. It works with other browsers and on Windows.

The website is old and have some ASP things goin on.

Error code is as follows:

Server Error in '/' Application.

What can I tell this company to do, to get it working?

Hi!

I don't think you need to tell them what to fix, just report the issue in sufficient detail that they can replicate it and hopefully fix it.

Tell them your browser and it's version number. Likewise your macOS version number. Then include the steps they need to take to replicate the error e.g. Go to page X, click on <whatever> button etc. Then give them the error page you show in your post. At that point, you've done your bit! Let their devs earn their money.
