Hey everyone,
I have a problem on my MacBook Pro that's driving me nuts.
Two months ago I switched to Spotify and logged out of Apple Music. After a while I decided to switch back since Apple Music worked better with my Watch. I logged in again on my Mac and reactivated my subscription, however there's an issue in the app.
I'm quite certain that it was possible before to download a whole playlist, just like on iPhone. There's no option to do this now however (see screenshot, you don't see the cloud with the down arrow). When I press the three buttons, I only have an option to delete downloads (I downloaded some songs individually to try to see if that worked). I can download songs individually or whole albums but no playlists. Furthermore when I play a song on one of the playlists in my library and then select another playlist from Apple Music to play (a playlist that isn't in my library) the song pauses and I have to click multiple times to play.
I've tried clearing cache, but its just not working. On my phone Apple Music works fine. Does somebody have a fix?
