Can't download video from iPhone?

For a few hours, I have tried to download a video from itunes via the iPhone. Unfortunately, it gives me this message " Download error. Tap to retry."

Has anyone been able to download video on their iPhone?

(By the way, I have agreed to their terms.)

Yeah the Same thing happend to me when I tried to download Apollo 13 and iTunes keeps asking for my password in other apps. I've connected to iTunes but it doesn't transfr my purchases either!
