Can't drag and drop music into iPhone

The "Manually manage music and videos" box is checked off and the "Sync Music" box is unchecked.

I don't know what the problem could be, i've never had a problem like this before. Any suggestions?

Check the sync music box.

The "Manually manage music and videos" box is checked off and the "Sync Music" box is unchecked.

In order to be able to drag and drop music the "Manually manage music and videos" box must be checked, otherwise it assumes that your music is being automatically synced with your iTunes library.
