Okay, I am going to try to find the best way to word this problem. Basically, if I click on an object, I want to remain holding down on the click, but also use two fingers to scroll. This comes in handy for video editing or music editing. For example, if I click a chunk of music, and want to drag it further down the timeline, I can then add two more fingers and scroll to the right. Or, if I want to drag a file to another window, then scroll down within the window while still dragging the file, I can do it. It's technically three fingers, but does not count as a three finger scroll.

Sometimes it works, I have noticed, but not every time. Most of the time, It does not work.

I just noticed this problem when I upgraded to a 2016 Macbook Pro. Previously, I had a 2014 Macbook Air 11inch. It worked fine, but it was a regular trackpad, not the force touch.

I am sure that it is just a small setting. Some help would be MUCH appreciated because I do a lot of music editing and this is becoming a burden. If you need me to better explain this question before you can help me, please let me know and I will try my best to reword it. Thank you all very much, and to this forum for previous help.
