Can't drag icons in 10.2 I need 'dragster'

Hey everybody before you all try to solve my problem... ive tried very hard.

i'm on 10.2.8 and can't move my icons they are frozen in time.

i read a while ago about this software called 'dragster' that solved the problem, so i looked it up on version tracker... apparently they 'retired' the software!

I have a whole dock of non-images.

All folders!

I have no ide why starcraft can still have an icon but I tried to solve the drag problem my self, gah.

Wow, that's messed up. Try to repair permissions, repair disk (from the OS X install CD), then making a new user. If the problem is solved with the new user, either delete the old user and use the new one permanently, or do a archive install.

yeah permissions are fine, my disk however is screwed up.

When I try to verify my disk it FAILS.

'underlying task reported failture on exit -9972'
Techtool wanted me to change my volume structure.

Since I have an iMac 800 I have an 80 GB hard drive.

The changes it wanted to make deleted a very very large portion of my hard drive saying that the changes it wanted to make would make my drive a 38 GB drive, which I can't handle.

Drive 10 gives me 'error -694' and also wants to change my drive to a 38 GB drive for no apparent reason.

I dunno what the hell is going on, but its pretty bad.
