Can't edit/del music from iTunes for iPhone 3.0

After I xfer music from iTunes to iphone 3.0, the iTunes device music page every song was grey, I cann't click on it and edit the name or anything.

But when I use my iTouch, it was good to edit as usual, even delete.

Is this the problem with 3.0 or with my jailbreaked iphone? In this case, then I can never delete a song from iphone? or any other way?

btw, seems I cann't xfer over any video which is not brought from iTune to this iPhone3.0? I was be able to do that with my iTouch.

HELP PLS :(:(:confused:
