Can't edit some calendar items and some I can?

Does anyone know the reason for this? It seems the ones I can't invite are mostly ones I got invited too, but some I did. Weird.

Are these calendar items that were pushed from MS Exchange? I can not edit my MS Exchange items. On some I can add comments, but on others I can't even do that.

I can edit iCal entries with no problem.

All of them were pushed from the Exchange server through Outlook as well. Most I can edit, but some I can't for some reason.
