Can't enable apple remote - please help

I have a very strange problem since I updated to yosemite.

I can't pair my apple remote. When I go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy ->Advanced, there is no the option for the remote. Only 2 options are :

Any ideas? :(

Am I missing something?
