Can't enable "Show messages when locked"

Hi everyone,

Basically the title. Just got my brand new MBP and I can't enable this setting. I mean, I CAN enable it but when I switch to another settings page and come back, it's disabled again. Anyone else also having this issue? Thanks in advance.
