Im with Xfinity and I cant enable wifi calling in settings, I get an error:

"Sorry, we ran in to a problem with your order. Please call Customer support Service at 800-922-0204 from a different phone to complete your order."
The phone number in the error, belongs to Verizon customer service.

I contacted Xfinity CS level 2 and everything looks good on their end, HD voice is activated.
Ive reset network settings and location settings.
Tried different wifi networks and i'm still getting same error.

Has anyone ran in to this issue yet??
 
Update:

Got a call back from Xfinity customer service and they are going to escalate the issue up the chain and see whats causing the problem. As far as they know, I’m the first person to have this error.

Edit: I’ve also contacted Apple support and I was told the issue is with my cell carrier and there are no tips or tricks I can try to solve the problem.
