Can't expand virtual Machine Parallels

I have Parallels 11 and Windows 10.
I expanded the volume using the Parallels control panel but in Windows > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer management there only appears a 2nd partitition with no file system. It is not named system reserved. I can't right click to Extended Volume.
I have removed the MacFuse prefs pane from the MacOS control panel. Could this be the cause?
