Can't Export from iCal to mobile.me

I have downloaded a blank calendar from my mobile.me account to my iPhone 4. My calendar is still on my mac but when I try and export it and then import into mobile me on my mac I get "Import failed" Multiple validation errors.

I've tried to look at iCal on mobile.me but it just hangs.

Any ideas - just need my calendar back on my iPhone!!
