Can't FaceTime over Cellular on the iPhone 4?

This seems like kind of a stupid restriction, I don't see any reason not to allow it.

I've used Tango on my iPhone 4S on Verizon's 3G and it worked pretty well. So I am going with the second one haha

The iPhone 4 actually does pretty well streaming FaceTime over 3G... Apple just wants us to buy another phone :-/
