can't find an app that someone recommended :(

Hi all,

Is it possible for an app to no longer be available in the apple store for download even though others who have previously downloaded are still using it?!

i'm just a bit confused b/c i'm told there is an app called Card Starz that you can store all your rewards cards with and now i can't find it....

i know there are others out there but why can't i find this one?

Sure. If it's removed from the App Store people can still use it afterwards.

It's possible that's not even the name of the app because I'm not even finding a reference of it on google.
