Happened to me today on my iPad air. Hard reset fixed it.

Been unable to download from App Store on my iPad air since beta 1 however, I did file a bug report.

What do you mean exactly by a hard reset?

Being helpful. iOS 8 is really only meant for developers at this point. Wait a few months it will be released to the wild.

In another thread they said they downloaded the iWork beta off of the developer portal. Just because you don't know what a reset is doesn't mean you aren't a developer.

My iPad Air won't search at all in App Store. If you do a search In Safari and click on the link to store it opens the App and sit there.

All sounds about right - must be related to the 64-bit build?

My iPad Mini Retina (A7) can't search / buy from the app store or iTunes store, but my iPhone 5 (A6) is able to.

Minus the detail of a purchased audiobook which has been unable to download... still trying to work that one out.

Exact same thing happening on my iPad mini. Hard reset and shutdowns didn't fix it...

Perhaps it is a 64bit thing. I completely restored my iPad from iOS 8 beta 2 and still came out with the same problem

This might be due to how the App Store is set up.

I mean think about it, you can't search by price. You can't search by Developer. Isn't that crazy? The App Store also does not have a good auto populating function.
