Cant Find APN Setting Options in IPhone 4?

I am trying to use TMobile with my Iphone 4 and now under setting dont see any APN Settings option..Can you please help me. I dowloaded APN editing from cydia but no help....

If you cant find APN settings, go to www.unlockit.co.nz/ will change APN settings on iphone.
