iPod touch Can't find backup

I have a 32 gig iPod touch 5. I am not jailbroken. I was trying to find a way to install torrents so i installed this thing called itransmission. I didn't like it so i deleted it but the gray installing icon was still there. I couldn't delete it so i backed up my ipod and restored it. I then restored from backup. When the restore was complete my Other was 13.6 GB!! I couldn't sync anything because it said it was over capacity when it actually wasn't. I couldn't install the rest of my songs which was 1,726, my movies, and my videos. I tried to restore from a backup that i did on the 26th of November but it wasn't on the list!! There was only the one i did before the restore and one i did 4 months ago!! I really need help and i don't want all my app data and everything to be gone. What should i do?? Please help me!!
