Can't find files I downloaded

I downloaded a couple of files on my iPad using the Dolphin browser, both .zip files, and in the lower portion of the web browser it showed that they were in the downloads though I have no idea where that is. I checked my Files folder and can not find them, I also checked dropbox and google drive. Any ideas?

The downloaded files are in Dolphin Browser. I think under download manager from Dolphin Browser.
