Can't find flash drive icon in my Macbook

I can't find my flash drive icon in the desktop of my alu macbook, I open finder and still cant find the icon.I even tried on Disk Utility, but still the same.Been using this flash drive for almost a year now with no problem encountered, just now.

So, your computer doesn't see the flash drive. Try it in another computer. If that doesn't work, the flash drive may have bit the dust.
