Can't find home server through time capsule.

So i just replaced one of my time capsules with a linksys e3000 router. So now i'm using a time capsule to wirelessly join it. But the problem is my time capsule is in my room and the router is downstairs. The time capsule has a home server connected to it with ethernet and and time capsule is connected to the router wirelessly. The home server has no screen so i have to manage it by VNC. But when i plug the home server into the time capsule i can't view it! But when it's connected to the router i can view it fine.

Please help!
