can't find installer.app

i had to delete installer.app and i wanted to reinstall it now but i can't find in the internet?!
can someone tell me where i can find it or upload the installer.app folder??

it would probably be easier to just restore and rejailbreak.

there could be. That is just what I would do. A restore a rejailbroke doesn't take that long. Especially with jailbreakme.com
