The combo: Air 3 + Lion + VMware + Win 7 32, in Win, can't see any network device except my own "VMware Win computer" and Mac's shared folder.

More notes:
1) The Mac part CAN see my other Windows computers, including a NAS in the network
2) I have another Air running Leopard, same + VMware + Win 7 32, on this Air, both the Mac and Win CAN see all the devices on the network.

Any idea?

ever tried the 64bit? dont think thats the problem though but could be a solution, otherwise u go to the boot assistant and download the windows support tools, wich will install drivers for your airport/wifi and ethernet connections magic mouse etc.

Figured it out. Default networking setting in VMWare is different. In VMware Fusion's window, lower right corner, network setting, my default is share MAC's setting, instead, set it to connect to physical network directly.

Done. :D
