I just updated to 4.0.1 and jailbroke, I can not get RockApp on cydia to be able to download it, can anyone tell me how to make rockapp available on cydia?

Can't find RockApp on Cydia? Any help?

Open Cydia and Search for Myw. You'll see MyWi 4.0, install it and it will also install the Rock app.
when i search for it, nothing shows up either. any idea why it wouldnt show up on my phone?
is that something i will have to update from in cydia or they'll be available serverside later?

i had the same problem and went the following route:
1.go to sources in cydia
2.find modmyi.com or add the source http://apt.modmyi.com
3.click on the source
4.scroll down or jump to everything that begins with "R"
5.find "RockApp"
actually just check now and you can now search for "RockApp" which was not working before.

My suggestion is stay away from rock. Most serious jailbreakers will tell you to avoid Rock and stick with cydia. There are many threads on it here and else where.
Hey can u or maybe someone else explain why to stay away from rock. I have searched and found nothing really saying to avoid it.

there is a few threads! I hope it helps honestly I used to like rock. I have learned though and now avoid at all cost!
Wow thanks for all that great info... One other question... I have installed things from both rock and cydia..everything shows up in both. So if I were to uninstall Rock would I have any issue? Thanks!!!
