Cant find themes in cyberduck

Im trying to put a custom sbssetting theme on my phone via cyberduck but I cant seem to remember where to find the folder Im suppose to put it into. Anyone know? Do i need winterboard? Does winterboard work ok on iphone 4, 4.0 jailbreak?

themes are in /Library/Themes/ but i think you need winterboard to create that folder.
