Cant find Winterbreak icon, but I know its installed. ( Begginer Modder )

Hey guys

I have a wierd question, when I go into Cydia I see that winterbreak was already installed because of the green chark mark next to it. I cant find the icon for it though. I purchased the phone off ebay and I know its jailbroken but im just not familiar with iphone modding. Just curious what could be wrong? Thanks in advance.

I assume you mean winterboard. It should be under settings.
