after installing 11.2 I got iCloud tu reupload all my documents in sync folder
this process never got to an end in some way with time machine filled up my entire disk and then crash even if I had 50gb free space
got with basic support team and got escalated at level 2 that gave me a terminal string for deleting all the TM cache
after waiting almost 1 day and never goto the upload process to the end I did log out from iCloud and delete all my shared content
after that my Mac did not want to redownload all the content so I reinstalled Big Sur last night, that seemed to fix it
this morning I did check and everything was OK
I made a Carbon Copy Cloner sync to my NAS to be sure not too lose any data and now iCloud is reuploading everything again
I don't think CCC can be the issue, I also slowly see my space being occupied
