Can't found how to use comma in all softwares

Hi

In system Preference / Language & Regions / Advance is where I set comma, dot and other, but when I use iBank and Excel no comma appear to separate thousands I set in Excel in the Menu Format cells / Numbers to use comma but nothing happen

Thanks for help
