A couple days ago, I was downloading an album from iTunes and my system completely crashed. It had never done that before in the time I've had a Mac (so about five years now). The system just completely froze. I restarted, and the album was stuck at the five tracks already downloaded, with no opportunity to continue downloading. I just checked the "available downloads" thing and it says everything has already been downloaded.
In the iTunes store, I'm not listed as already having bought the album, and when I tried again, to see what happened, I was told that I had in fact already bought it.
An e-mail to Apple support has (predictably) not been answered as yet, despite the "within 24 hours" claim. I'm disappointed, and more than a bit frustrated.
