Can't get 3GS out of recovery mode using Tinyumbrella

Hey guys,

I am trying to jailbreak/unlock my 3GS and have downgraded to 4.1. Now my iphone is in recovery. I DL'ed tinyumbrella, and when I plug in my device, under the 'recovery devices', it just shows '?0'. What am I doing wrong here? I am following the guide here:
