Can't get 6.15.00 baseband on 3GS

I did everything. My hosts are clear of anything blocking apples servers. All I'm getting is a 3194 error in iTunes. I did everything on pwnage tool and redsn0w on windows, it's keeps crashing at the "fetching iPad files". Usually that means some is up with the signature servers, right? Or wait... Is it because apple doesn't sign that firmware anymore?!

Run redsnow in compatibility mode under XP SP2.
That's the reason the program is crashing not because of Apples servers or anything else.

Did that and as admin and it still crashes

Try running the JB on another computer.
