Can't get ahold of AT&T or Apple Stores to answer my questions!

I've been trying since 10:30AM (!) to get ahold of all the AT&T stores in my area (Western Suburbs of Chicago, between Elgin & Aurora) and the Woodfield and Oakbrook Apple stores, and no one will pick up! I had two questions:

1.) When are new shipments coming?

2.) Is the Apple Store able to set up a new family talk plan and port a number from Verizon?

Can anyone help, please?

1) AT&T Corporate Store told me at least a week. Apple was very, very hush hush about both current stock on hand and timelines of future shipments.

2) Don't know about the family talk, but yes, they can handle porting at an Apple Store.

1) I was told tomorrow morning, and everyday throughout the week.

2) Apple says they can do a family talk plan if you buy two iPhones... otherwise you'd have to go to an AT&T store.
