i've had the i touch since it came out, never had any problems until now. I had my touch charging on my computer, ejected it and it had nothing on it...everything was gone. i plugged it back in the january software upgrade comes up, i hit no thanks and then it says "an error has occured i tunes store could not process your request, please try again later. I cannot put any songs or videos onto my touch but i can see everything. I tried reseting, uninstalling i tunes. i hope i can get this fixed before i go away in a couple weeks.. please help. im stressin big time
