I have powerpoint 2008 and I want to place an audio clip that will play when you click on the slide.
It works fine while I am working in powerpoint and when I test the presentation, but if I save and close the file and then try it on a different mac computer that has powerpoint, the file has lost its audio.
I have noticed that the file size of the audio is about 20 mb and the file size of the powerpoint file before adding the audio is about 5 mb and the same after adding the audio file, so obviously it is not really saving my audio file.
I don't want to turn it into a movie because I want the viewer to be able to click along at their own pace.
The help files indicate that it should be a fairly simple process, but once saved, the audio file seems to be lost.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for any advice.
