cant get calltell to work

hi sorry to bother you guys and girls but i seem to be having a little problem with calltell. I have downloaded the application via cydia and selected the settings to allow it to say whos calling me and for sms messaging.

I dont know what i have done wrong but i cannot get it to work ive even tried rebooting the phone to see if that would help but to no avail.
