I purchased connect36 and downloaded it, but can't get the zip archive to open. I double click on it and it looks to open, but then no folder appears afterwards and no programs begins. What gives?

Can't get connect360 to open.

It's supposed to unzip a preference panel file , not an application , not a folder 
the file should be called connect360.prefPane or something like that
