Hello all,
I am trying to connect my MBP (SR, 128mb vram) to my 32" Sony Bravia KDL-32S3000 LCD (720P).
When I connect the two with a DVI to HDMI cable, I get no picture at all from the TV. I mean NOTHING.
MBP recognizes the Sony and presents me with various resolutions but none of them results in an actual image on the screen. I have tried all 3 ports of the TV and there are no HDMI input setup of the TV I know of.

I can connect the two with a VGA cable with a resolution 1280*768 fine but I want to experience HDMI goodness and this is very annoying.

Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you.

Certain TV's HDMI inputs need computer to set a special sync frequency to connect to a computer. Google your TV and HDMI DVI

Thanks for the quick reply,
The user's manual has a "PC Input Reference chart for HDMI in" and it states horizontal and vertical frequencies as 47.7 and 60 respectively. I suppose this is what you're talking about?
How would I adjust these on the Mac?
