can't get istockmgr on ipod touch?

i can't find istockmanager on the app store, and when i go to any website to obtain it (such as td ameritrade) i get a message saying invalid website. This is BS. I am using a 2G ipod touch. Any suggestions?

I am iStockManager developer.

-iStockManager is under the FINANACE category. You should find it there. (both iTunes and ApStore on the phone)
-If you search for "istockmanager" it should appear too.
