UPDATE: I thought it was all website alerts that weren't working on my fresh install of Catalina on my iMac. But it turns out it is just macrumors. The alerts from the August Home website (the door internet-lock manufactures) are working! Weird...

Folks,
Any tips? Can't "resubscribe" to MacRumors safari alerts. Not sure when it stopped working. When I recently did a fresh reinstall of Catalina 15.1, or when I installed the duckduckgo Privacy Dashboard.
In fact, right now, in Safari "websites" preferences, under "notifications," NONE of my old alert settings are present. The whole window is empty.
I've been able to find some references to fixes to similar problems, for Mavericks. But not for Catalina. And the Mavericks solutions don't quite overlap with the way Catalina works (to me, anyway).
If its any consolation, am also running 10.15.1 on my MBP, and have same DuckDuckGo dashboard running, and my subscriptions are all showing there just fine.
Thanks for your help!
Nick
