Can't get Multitouch to work in Bootcamp HALP!

I am running 64bit Windows 7 (7100) in Bootcamp on a 2.4 alu macbook on it's 2nd hard drive (optibay). Here is the deal i installed the multitouch 1.1 update but can't find where to change settings (but see it installed in device manager) for it so i can right-click etc. It doesn't show up under mouse settings or mobility settings.

Can anyone show me the way?
