Can't Get Music Off 2 Computers

I just got an iPhone, and I have two computers that I have music on. Last night, I plugged it into one of the computers and got my music off (I didn't sync it or have it set to sync, I checked manually manage my music and videos) and did it manually. Then today I tried to get music off the other computer, but all of my songs are showing up as gray and I can't put anything on it.

How do I fix this?

Hey, I have the same issue also. I loaded my iPhone up at my home Mac, and then tried to add some music from my work Mac and no dice. It won't let you sync to two computers at once. I'd like to know if there is a way around this also.
