So I can't get it to set a panorama in the way that if you move the ipad left and right it lets you look to the left and right of the panorama. It is only allowing me to set a tiny little part of the panorama as my background. How do you get this working on the ipad mini?

Well it definitely works on iPhone 5, anyone know how to set it up on the Ipad mini?

No. It was removed from iOS 7, I believe in Beta 5. If you have an existing panorama wallpaper in place, it will usually continue to work. But once you change it, you can't get the functionality back, even on the iPhone 5.

So on all iOs devices the panorama mode doesn't work? Why would they take out such a cool feature?

I think it was more of a gimmick.. testing probably showed that most people disabled it after the wow factor and a few minutes time :/
