I have tried the 2 methods to get rid of the stuck blue screen and neither one is working (doing a archive and install and the command line method), are there any other work arounds out there?
I am running a dual 2 g5 and upgrading from tiger.
can I reinstall Tiger and then maybe delete some apps and try the upgrade again?
Also I didn't back up everything so if there is a way to get back into the computer with tiger I guess I can backup all folders and then do a erase and install? Any help is appreciated.
Also just to clarify to see if I am getting the same blue screen as everyone else. what happens is i get to the login screen, login, the desktop comes up fine, adobe updater comes up telling me I need to update cs3, and then everything disappears and the default background comes up (the old g5 default with the blue background)
Update, when I login a promt comes up saying "the tablet driver did not load because of an internal driver failure"
I don't know what that means if anyone has any info
