Can't get Photos App to load iphoto Library

I opened the Photos App and tried to import my iphoto Library from the Pictures folder. It showed my iPhoto Library grayed out and said no files could be imported. This file works with Aperture and iPhoto. Any ideas of what the problem is?

Try holding the option key when you open Photos. You should be able to select the iPhoto library.
