Can't get Plantronics M165 to pair with I7 Plus

Just as the title says, ever since I got the iPhone 7 Plus, I'm unable to Bluetooth pair my Plantronics M165 ear piece to my iPhone 7 Plus. I've tried updating to 10.0.2, but that didn't have any effect. I've tried resetting all of my settings, as well as flashed the RAM.

Any other ideas?
