Hey guys,

So whenever I open a finder window directly to the left of the "view options" is a ?. When I click it I get this message, "the item can't be found". To be clear this doesn't show up under devices or places. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

If it's on the Finder toolbar, simply hold the Command key down and drag it off.

Have you tried dragging it off? The same as when you drag an icon off the dock.

Oops. Just seen post above. :)

Wow. Had no idea that command + move would do the trick. Duh. Thanks so much guys.
