Cant get rid of Mail attachments on iPad Air running iOS 8.1.2

So, I have deleted all my email ids and also disabled mail for my icloud account.

However, for some reasons i cannot get rid of the mail attachments which is occupying space on my iPad.

I am jailbroken and have tried running icleaner pro but still it doesnot get rid of it.

what is the way i can reclaim that space?
